Pricing

Charges for using StackOps are:

  • AWS Marketplace subscription charged monthly by AWS
  • resource usage charges for the StackOps AWS Stack charged monthly by AWS (usually minimal because StackOps is serverless)

Subscription charges are:

  • first 10 Stacks are free or more if needed (see "Friendly Pricing" below)
  • $US0.01 per block of 10 Stacks per hour (ie $US0.001 per Stack per hour, $US0.024 per Stack day, $US0.730 per Stack per month)

Friendly Pricing​

Feel that you are paying too much? Are you "not for profit"? An education institution? A charity?

Please get in touch with us at support@ngin.global, and we will see what we can do to help by adjusting the number of free Stacks your account has.

Refund Policy​

Requests for refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. Refunds will be paid if legally required or at the discretion of NGIN Pty Ltd. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you feel a refund is warranted.
